Ridiculous

One at a time....

Having to win more games likely has no change. Injuries? Remember the time Clemson lost their star QB and ended up with a third string freshman that is about to become the top player in the 2021 draft?

The one year Bama missed the playoff, they finished 2nd in recruiting. Oklahoma made the playoff three years in a row and proceeded to finish outside of the top 10. It ain't the CFP.

Yes, G5 teams can beat the occasional P5 in a one-off game. Usually early season or in a meaningless bowl game. So what? If you don't think a P5 team isn't going to bring it a little differently in January, you're mistaken.

It's okay that you don't like it. You don't have to. The people writing the checks aren't caving to your whims and the people cashing them don't care.
You're right, I won't watch it, I haven't watched any of it for years, and it's all based on how they select the teams and how it's always the same teams, EVEN IF THEY LOSE leading up to it. So no, I'm not ever going to watch it, and I am glad more and more people complain about it, hopefully the ratings drop.

And who are the only people involved in bowl games who do not make any money from the games? Why the players, of course. They get a few trinkets.
A $100k+ education is a very nice trinket. Ask all the kids with tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars in student loans. Stop telling me they’re indentured servants. College education and athletics has pulled many kids out of the ghetto along with military service.

I was specifically referring to bowl games, and the actual trinkets that the players get for participating. And remember when several Ohio State players were suspended for selling some of their stuff? We will give you a ring for winning the game, but you cannot do what you want with it.
