For what it’s worth, Corey Evans changed his prediction (I think for the third time) from Marquette to Pitt today...let’s hope this one is accurate!

Dokish just said that Pitt is the team since he’s a know it all blowhard we can assume Davis is going elsewhere and he’ll claim we “backed off”.

I like Dokish, his tweets and occasional articles, but so many times in his tweets, he always clarifies that Pitt, for example, could have a great year, but also stumble along the way. He backs himself up, in case he's wrong. I'm probably not explaining what I mean all that well haha, but he takes both sides very often, so he can say: I told you so lol.
Milwaukee isn't disgusting. I'd never choose it over Pittsburgh but it's a decent place.

I know nothing about Davis’ recruitment other than what I read. I’m weary of any kid going to chapel hill for a visit. Especially with Cole Anthony choosing there
Just because you visit a UNC or a Duke doesn’t mean your a priority recruit for them . Would you rather be a fallback guy at UNC or the man at Pitt ?
Always thought where JD messed up in recruiting his last few yrs at Pitt was that he didn’t focus on a couple of guys who you know you can sign and then always keep a spot or 2 open for the elite guys your recruiting.
If I was sure I’d play at UNC then there’s no choice , but why sit when you can play and be a star .

I have no clue but they will need a PG to come in and start as a Freshmen with Anthony most likely a one and done. Do they think that PG is RJ Davis or do they have kids higher rated they are targeting? I don't know follow recruiting closely enough to know that answer.
At a school that constantly lands elite players PT is much harder to come by especially for a freshman .
I totally get you. I thought the same when I read his Davis tweet yesterday: Probably shouldn’t get people’s hopes up, but from what I hear there’s a pretty good chance that Pitt is the team to beat for RJ Davis. Things could always change, of course, but Pitt is in good shape at the moment.

I’d be pleasantly shocked if Pitt landed Omoruyi because big guys are so in demand that schools try everything and anything to get them. But, to be honest, I would not be shocked if they landed Earl Timberlake. Not predicting it. Just saying it wouldn’t shock me.

UNC you most likely sit and get spot duty , but maybe u r on a team that can win it all .
If the kid is good enough to start immediately at UNC then why was Marquette or Pitt ever in the picture ?
