Why does the ACC even have replay. They never reverse anything. Two obvious fumbles by BC in the first half. Both called incorrectly. Both replayed. Both upheld. 10 points for BC. I am so tired of absolutely incompetent officials in this league.

Unfortunately they actually did overturn the first fumble. It was ruled a fumble and Pitt ball on the field.
