who the 2nd Pat Signal was for yesterday?

Various posters have assumed it was for a third commit since last weekend (after Pinnock and Smith) and speculated on who it might be.

Perhaps, though, it was actually for Smith (with DiPaola getting his Tweet out before a Pat Signal). Have we been confused in this way? Or, is there really another commit already made by a recruit whose name we don't know yet?

Anyone else think that might be why we haven't learned a name yet for the 2nd Pat Signal?

I would imagine it was for the JUCO DT Kam Carter. He was just on campus and does not have any other visits set up. We also got a couple of crystal balls for him from credible insiders last night.

Correct, we don't know.

Momentum is building with both Proctor and Garbutt to the point we might be getting both.

Although I think Tyman is the likely candidate for the 2nd pat signal yesterday.

I saw a tweet from Peak last night that said we may have to wait. I assume there's something on the premium board.

Maybe this is like Carter Warren (I think was him). He committed but it wasn't announced who it was for a little while for whatever reason.

There were definitely two separate tweets from HCPN stating PITT IS IT with hours in between them.

I agree that it might be a double secret, super dooper, dont tell no one yet commit similar to C Warren, but then again who knows? I'm sure we will all find out soon and I am almost positive it wont be someone that we beat out the likes of Eastern Michigan and Toledo for. I believe those days are over.

Truman announced he isn't deciding till NSD so I doubt it is him,carter doesn't even visit till this weekend and who knows if he even has a committable offer,best bet it's probably Garbutt

Carter hasn't been on campus yet. He's coming this weekend

i posted in another thread, i think the OC was the second pat signal. the silent assassin part....oc is going to be silent for now(not that it helps us in any way).
