Tiebreakers for ACC Championship…

So if Pitt beats Miami do they win the ACC Regular season title outright even if Virginia wins against Louisville and they both finish 15-5 in the ACC?? I’m hearing they would only win a share of the ACC Title which I don’t understand at all because Pitt beat Virginia head to head so why would Virginia still claim a share of the title when Pitt beat them?? The first tiebreaker would he head to head correct??

The tie breakers would be used for tourney seedings but they would be co- champs.
