Not sure I believe the ACC has declined any faster than other conferences. We just have a few teams that recruit a lot of guys who go pro early and new transfer rules that make these pre-season lists less accurate.

It has definitely declined. I don't think there is anything to debate here. The One and Dones have taken their toll. But what also is taken its toll, there are few real "teams". Teams no longer get a chance to develop with the free agency known as the transfer portal. It is like the pasture is now always greener for these guys.

It is out of hand.
