I think you'll see more tinfoil now in this place than you ever have before sadly. There are no winners in cases like this. Jerry ruined the victims lives as well as so many more than that but we still have f--king loons here fighting for that man. You think this stops them? I too thought maybe the 3 were just caught up in a witch hunt, but I'm starting to realize that maybe they had a better handle on the 98 situation than we were led to believe.

I apologize if anything I Posted upsets anyone on the Lair in my efforts to be fair and to forgive but not forget!

I'll took down post as requested out of respect for the Victims and until the Paterno's withdraw or have their Lawsuit dismissed, since they do not respect the Victim's Right to tell the Truth under Oath preferring to call them Allegations when they have the Power to challenge them!

I will also do an Analysis of the Clery Report Findings later to support the Penn State Alumni that knew Joe stayed too long and had to go as for Louis Freeh that has been sued for finding the full truth now that Schultz & Curry admitted it!

From looking at BWI, much of the Cult seems to be doubling and tripling down on tinfoil hat conspiracy theories for why two innocent men would plead guilty. The Cult seems to be convincing themselves that the court system in PA is so corrupt that Schultz and Curley had no choice but to plead guilty rather than be convicted by a rigged system..

There also seems to be a significant number of Joebots who are lamenting that "The Truth" will never come out now. LOL.

They should do a case study on how delusional beliefs cloud rational thought and behavior. Not even kidding. The evidence is overwhelming against everyone at Penn State and they refuse to believe any of it. Most of the people on that board are extremely mentally ill individuals. They've literally pinned their hopes and belief of "truth" on John Ziegler. That's literally all you need to know about that fan base to make a conclusion that they're all stupid.

At some point all PSU Posters will see the value of posting footbal on Football Boards. We all love our Teams and Schools and we hate losing to Competitors but we do make each other better together. We can defend on facts and accept being wrong on them, and we all have opinions we can accept, tolerate or agree to disagree.

Today, only the Cult Dolts got it wrong no one else on BWI, it is almost over and Penn State can recognize its prior Football era was built by Paterno but Joe admitted he had some regrets too, we all do in life. Joe may have delayed what he knew but he told the truth at the Grand Jury. The other 2 came clean today.

I proud of Penn State University how it handle the Scandal, made itself responsible and accountable, and they are back as a Model of Compliance and Great Competitor for Pitt, Big Ten and region and that has my respect today. It is going to be hard to beat them but win or lose i will respect them. Others can differ, but that is how I feel.

I respect other views that differ and do not object and accept I may be wrong in doing it beyond fairness. I cannot take back a Horrible Athletic Integrity Football Scandal that has shamed Penn State name and caused great damaged to Disadvantage Children becoming Prey Victims by a Penn State Graduate and Coach with such a sick mind to do it to his own adopted children too.

As well as a Coach and University that chose not stop it when they clearly knew by 2001 the right thing to do but chose to keep up the Protection of a University Football Program Income, Winning, and Slogans of Arrogance and Ignorance espousing Athletic Integrity while having none of it in reality. Sandusky, Spanier, Schultz, Curry and Paterno each chose to do nothing due to their own reasons of self survival and putting themselves first above the University!

Trust me I deeply respect and accept and do not reject your views in anyway.

Where I do differ is not blaming the other Penn State Alumni that stood up and once they found out rejected the Penn State of the past along with Trustees that knew about other Trustees sins to allow it to happen, by being in Business and in fear of allowing one man have too much control. Joe should have been fired in 2004 or earlier in 1990s when he chose ignoring Athletic Integrity Compliance's!

Still, there are Penn State Alumni I know that tell me they are ashamed what happen at Penn State and do blame everyone involved but glad they did the right thing to fix it, even if the Penn State Football Culture still has traces of superiority and some very dumb Fans that blame everybody but Penn State.

If Germany, Japan and, Italy could change after knowing the terrible wrongs they did I can recognize an University with Penn State Alumni that acknowledge and helped changed it, even while being attacked for making those changes!

I have no problem with your objection at all and salute your own views and I just hope the Penn State Trustees and Alumni and Fans finally proved to be wrong do not rise again and prevail. Time for the Paterno's to accept their roles in causing more pain to save a their own name instead of embracing more change that recognize part of that name in hindsight did leave shame at Penn State too!
