Governors of New York and Massachusetts decide that all schools of higher
education are to remain shut down till Jan 1, 2021.
The rest of the ACC is open does Syracuse and BC forfeit there games or does the rest of the ACC shut down?

Maybe they can play the season with no home games.....think outside the box.

College football isn't happening in the fall so its a moot point. The better question would be if those states shut down their campuses for the 2nd semester. In that case, if collegr football happens, I'd imagine schools like BC and Syracuse would set up shop at like Clemson or FSU or something.

Forfeit? Probably not. They just won't be participating.

A more likely scenario is what happens if they start the season and one player tests positive. Does everything shut down? Do all the students get sent home?

these days, I find myself calling him out more than usual. LOL.
BTW, there's another thread going on while I write this where a few
posters are making him walk back some asinine comments he made
about certain programs. They're doing a good job of not letting him
weasel his sorry ass out of that one either.
