never understood the "Food" angle for games. Like people go to a game to eat, it's extremely weird to me. going to a game hungry, with the intention of trying out different cuisines, at an nfl, nba, mlb, college football game is flat out non sensical.
now I've eaten at games, don't get me wrong. I've gotten a hot dog, pretzel, nachos, all the crap that they sell under a heat lamp but I've never gone with the intention of looking forward to this, as some sort of treat to myself. it's meat under a heat lamp in foil.
even something like quaker steak wings or a primanti sandwich is never even close to being as good as it is in a restaurant.. i tried a dodger dog, it was a hot dog.. I've eaten a Chicago style hot dog at Wrigley, guess what was 10xs better? A Chicago hot dog at the 20 bars or restaurants outside of Wrigley, actually made in a real kitchen and served to me fresh and not kept warm under a hot lightbulb..
