It's not the hedging that's a problem, it's doing it 35 feet from the basket. Let the defender go under the screen, and if that guy wants to come off the high screen and shoot a 38 footer with their only good rebounder 35 feet from the basket, yes, please, do that all day long.

I think he did what our guys do way too often. He played for the contact, and when contact didn't come he couldn't finish the play.

Go strong at the hoop, and if they foul you they foul you.
