Involve the mutual Trustees, Boosters, and Fraternities and Sororities, let the Fans do the Buying and in the future add the Costs to Future Tickets at Heinz 7 beaver next 3 Years too, and get a T-Shirt in the Process for a good cause.

It is a legitimate idea anytime for anyone, nothing wrong to include that with NFL as well and Franco Harris & Jack Ham can under take that with Russ Grimm and Dan Marino.

Both Sides of the Shirts can be used, the back of the shirt for her on Pitt shirts and Conner on PSU Shirts and Vice Aversa

Raising money for good causes is good no matter who wins the Big Game. Paterno should have thought that way instead of ending the series!

Announcing how much is raised also soften the blow to help soothe the loss, and remind the win what is all about in helping others among goodwill competition.

Maybe make the Pitt ones Blue/Yellow (retro) and the PSU one Blue/White just to differentiate the fan bases?

It is just a suggestion not mandate, and subject to criticism as any, and you are not wrong to oppose it, I just agree to disagree.

This is just a rare opportunity that Pitt has Conner that helps so many and even PSU Fans have complimented James on BWI, and they seldom compliment anyone.

Instead of going negative on the Rivalry renewal I say go positive by turning some Banter Energy towards the benefit of others.

I understand and accept there will be naysayers and critics on BWI & LAIR who Voice alternatives and welcome they say what they feel.

James plans to play his best as well, and during the game will be a Panther running over over many Nittany Lions with no apologies necessary, and some Nittany Lions won't be hitting Conner lightly either with no offense taken.

The Game will be competition Bragging Rights & Banter are going to be part of it in the stands, and some fans are going home angry, upset and bitter no matter what, so at least we can use the Pre-Game Weeks for those in need of some help.

Being positive and finding way to have cordial, pleasant, and competitive game will go a long way to accept in the stands what happens on the field, and follow what Conner has been doing with own free time for others out of being Thankful to what happen to him,

The only Pictures worth seeing are those of current patients with smiles on their faces, it is not about the fans, it is about them, and you are free to disagree, with respect too.

If the majority of their fan base after the Worst Scandal in College Football History would not have doubled down on their arrogance and the 'we football fans & players were the real victims' attitude, along with not even admitting that the Person(Paterno) with the Most Power at PSU when it came time to do the Most, he chose to do the Least, but they want to still put his statue back up, I would have considered your idea a good one, but most of those people still have no humility('Success with Honor', 'Unrivaled', and the most arrogant slogan 'We Are'(I know the story behind that slogan CULT Members, which was actually a first class response to rallying around bigotry and support one of your first African-American Football Players, but you twisted it into a 'We Are better than You' Slogan, as it was not chanted at Football Games until the Paterno 'Success with Honor' Propaganda was started).

I would even consider this idea better to do with WVU in the future when PITT plays them again instead of that CULT. Or better yet, let's do this idea with an ACC School to develop a 1st Class Rivalry.

I do respect your idea, but it is the reasons I listed that until the majority of those people have a major change in their arrogance(even before the Scandal, GQ Magazine selected the CULT as the most D-Bag Fans in College Football), and still show that they are more concerned with their Football Program being tarnished over what happened to the 'Real Victims'. Building a Statue of a Great PSU Alumnus, Sara Ganim and placing it where the Paterno Statue used to be, would be a good start, but those people sent her death threats instead, because she helped investigate to find the truth.

I can't and won't disagree with anything said on those subjects above. Penn state is still dealing with the Scandal and solutions to resolve it among itself, Alumni, and Fans.

Swervin, feel free to disagree, but one of our own just kicked the hell out of cancer and he is all about raising awareness and money to fight the disease. No one is saying you have to wear anything you don't want to. I think these shirts are a great idea to show JC how much support he has from the fanbase. It may be a little late to get started on this idea though.
