If you are a Pitt fan, then you should be rooting for the ACC schools to win. It helps the overall credibility of the conference, every school in the conference gets additional money, and it helps when TV negotiations occur.

Scheyer will be okay. This past year's crop of 5 stars just weren't anything special. He will get to coach teams much more talented than this one in the future.

So much is about matchups. Duke had a difficult matchup against Tennessee because they are as lengthy as Duke. Pitt was an awful matchup against them. But luckily we have gotten some great matchups in our bracket including Xavier(could be a lot worse).

That’s not the issue. The issue is they were badly out-toughed and out-physicalled today. They are a very young and inexperienced team and a bit soft. Tennessee is the opposite. Older, tougher, battle tested.
