Well, 10-12 ain't bad. Great game today, we just picked a bad time to go cold. Nelly missed a little 5ft teardrop and Elliot missed on a short shot on a drive. Probably should have just continued to clear out for Jamarius. Oh well, the Dukies are next.

Really bad last 5 minutes but we were due. They played well for the most part vs a good team. 2-1 vs UNC, UVa, Clem....you take that all day.

When you put it in that perspective, yes, 2-1 vs that trio is a stat I'd take any time, any year. Still, I think all of we Pitt fans are looking for that breakout team/season. Lots of games left to accomplish that. We need a few more Quad 1 wins if we want to be a solid choice for post-season play

Before playing those 3 games you take 2-1 all day.

Having now played them and coming up 1 pt short on what could easily have been a W, definitely not even remotely down on the team but a little bummed it wasn’t 3-0.

It is interesting that we open up every game thinking it is going to be like the Northwestern game and everything is going to go in regardless of shot quality. In The 2nd halves of games, we seem to execute better and take better shots.
