So a local verbals to WVU very early, then a few months later, said local kid from a powerhouse WPIAL high school either decommits or is told he doesn't have an offer. No mention is made of this on Rivals or in the local papers.
I'm not a conspiracy theory guy. I don't think the local media is run by PSU fan boys who target Pitt. But, I would like to know how this isn't a story on the Lair or in either paper. I think I remember Chris posting once that Jeremiah Jones was visiting or had decomitted, but never anything more than that.
Either WVU told a local to pound salt, or the kid thought he was better than WVU. Either scenario makes WVU looks bad to the common local sports fan who doesn't follow this up close.
So either I'm an idiot and missed this story, or it hasn't been reported?
