Need to have scorers in the game and get the ball to the scorers.

I really did not understand some of the substituting tonight. We brought Ilegomah into the game twice and let him play about one minute each time. We brought George in and played him for a minute or two and that was it. Same thing with Boykins. Same thing with Brown. If you are going to bring those guys into the game let them get a little run before pulling them back out. How can a guy get into the flow of the game if he doesn't play more than two or three possessions before being taken back out?

I also didn't get Stewart's playing time tonight. Coming off a game where he played 21 minutes and hit four threes tonight he plays seven minutes total. And a coupe of those came at the end when he was part of the offense/defense substitution with Davis and he wasn't anywhere near the ball when High Point would foul us. I'm not sold on him being a good player, but a guy coming off a game like he had should have played more.

Totally agree about Stewart. He even hit his first shot. I know Stewart does not try to do much with the ball, but he has played significant minutes and has zero turnovers. On this team, that stands out like a sore thumb.

I don't know why Boykins got in.

I don't think Stallings was all that happy with any of Kene, Stevenson or Frame tonight. I think that explains Peace.

I think Samson got in because Stallings was really trying to make a point after the Luther inbound that cut the 5 point lead to 3.

I too was as confused as you were.
