Moe-bservations ACC Game 16 @ VT

-- early foul trouble by the team's best two 3-point shooters was problematic
-- cold shooting from deep was problematic all game
-- missed free throws hurt
-- VT made more FT's than Pitt attempted
-- Pitt could never get closer than 6 (I believe) after VT took a large lead in the game in the first half
-- Fede was a force when in the game. His departure before the first TV timeout in the second half was problematic
-- VT played this game like it was a football contest
-- We'll rebound @ home next week; this was bound to happen at sometime in the last 5 games
-- wrote this during the final 5 minutes of the game; evening plans
-- Pitt won't be ranked in the Top 25 Monday despite our (fan's) frustration
-- Oh, and Wes Durham and Dan Bonner were sucking VT's collective d***s the entire game. Durham seemed happy when Pitt lost

Actually its pretty amazing to have only lost by 7 considering the opponent made 6 more 3s and 7 more FTs.

It’s a bit disappointing but not unexpected. They’ve been playing at a high level and it’s hard to sustain that over a long seasons. Played a good team on their court and fought to the end.

Not gonna win when your top guys (Hinson GE and Nike) have off games

I’m not concerned about rankings. Just get in the the dance and do some damage
