He will get 1 game but agree he needs to get a severe suspension for reaping someone's helmet of and hit them with it

He ripped Rudolph’s helmet off and swung it at him and hit him on top of the head with it.
That should be criminal assault. That has nothing to do with the game action at all. The Pittsburgh Police should come out and slap the cuffs on that guy at the start of the game in two weeks.
Yeah the attempted stomp from pouncey should get a couple games

I am not a big steelers fan, but OMG what in the world was that douchebag Myles Garrett doing swinging a helmet towards the head of any human being???
He needs to be arrested and charged with at least aggravated assault, if not something worse. I also saw Pouncy throwing a couple of punches and at least one kick as well, which isn't cool either. Players on both sides need to be suspended and Garrett should be gone for the remainder of the season.

Okay Goodell Your up. If you don’t suspend this prick for 4 games then anarchy will prevail in what has become a garbage league of late hits to the head and referees who can’t make correct calls to games that last 3 and a half hours Your up roger. Make the right call.

I say at least 8 regular season games and a huge fine. The Browns were head hunting all night and that just topped things off.

No I don't see Garret getting away with anything. The Media was outraged last night. Many current and former players expressed their opinion of year long suspension last night. If the NFL went against that outrage it would be too bad of a look on their part.
my fiance is in law enforcement and was very adsmant about slapping the cuffs in hin.

Rudolph did try to pull his helmet off first , then after his helmet was off he went after Garrett. This isn't an excuse for Garrett by any means, it he stops after he has Rudolph's helmet we are barely talking about the play. But Garrett decided step into a new world of felony assault, and honestly I would like to see it pursued.
I'd say Pouncey gets one game, the other linemen who knocked Rudolph down without having his helmet on gets 2 games, and Garrett is gone for the season and maybe the 1st 4 games next year.
I think we'll see the league act quick, probably announce it today after all they had a late night talking about it and reviewing the play all night.

Where it happened is totally irrelevant. That type of behavior by any athlete on any playing field, court or ice rink is wrong.
Plain and simple...banned for life. Football is becoming a joke. Can you imagine if it was Tom Brady mugged like that? It is supposed to be a game, not a mugging every week. Banning him for life will send a loud and clear message that this behavior will no longer be tolerated. They have effectively banned Kaepernick for kneeling during the national anthem. This guy needs to go!

There's a pretty clear rule that covers using a helmet as a weapon like that. Pretty sure he'll get four games. Once DeCastro was on top of him, to Garret's credit, he settled down. Would have loved to hear what DeCastro said but he probably kept that from escalating. Pouncey will at least get a healthy fine.
What rule is there that covers felony assault with a helmet? They have helmet rules but I'd be shocked if they have one that covers what happened.
Garret at a minimum will get 10 games and a slew of anger management education. Thank god he didn't permanently damage Rudolph it could of easily been a crippling blow. A helmet isn't a nerd football and he swung it with intent to do damage. Garret is looking at the worst punishment ever handed down by the league.
Give Google a shot. It's 15 yards and an ejection. Somewhere after that is where the League and the Players union will have to sort it out.
