Matthews wrestled great against Eierman losing 5-3
Absolutely. I'm glad he at least went the distance because Eierman has always struck me as a real prick
I am not a fan but he had a rough up bringing and has come along way
Just got home. Sounds like Coke gave him a great match. Good. Confidence for wrestle backs
Cole did well. I think he showed Eierman too much respect throughout the match though. He had a few chances to finish takedowns but he was hesitating. It wasnt the same decisive, aggressive Cole we saw the last few matches.
If anything, I think this should give him a ton of confidence that he can hang with and be amongst the best. Should he win his next match, he will have a chance to prove it against Chad Red of Nebraska. Tough match, but very winnable
Not sure mentioned, thoughts on 149 Campbell wrestler potentially getting screwed by clock error.
