Is there a name for the type of leg ride he does when they’re on their feet. He throws the one leg behind the leg of the opponent. It’s like the old steering column lock on a car.
Im sure there is but that is a rather new move. Didnt really exist when I wrestled so Im not sure. I just refer to it generally as a mat return

Nino has really become one hell of a finisher. Its one thing to shoot a lot, it another entirely to finish a majority of them.

We shall see if Norfleet has more for Nino now than he did back in the fall at Jr Natls

The thing I love most about him - especially at his weight class - is he doesn't even seek tie-ups. He's always looking for his shot. As a fan, it's awfully fun to watch.

That is also what makes him so tough at 197. Those dudes are used to tying up and leaning on each other a lot and Nino forces them to wrestle hard the full 7 minutes and most cant do it. Its quite the advantage for him

Never wrestled. Never watched wrestling until last 2-3 years. Don’t know the rules, but

What Harvey did in the third period down 5-2 looked more impactful than what was accomplished against Wentzel that would have caused Wentzel to lose

Desanto pushing Mickey around. His pace and pressure is unreal

Desanto 13 - 5 and it wasn't that close Desanto looking good this weekend so far but Daton Fix is a tall task

Well, that sucked. Frankly, Desanto was always a bad matchup for Phillippi because he doesnt create offense from distance. He needs ties and that plays right into Desanto's hands

Yea Desanto was probably the worst match-up for Mickey but that's how it goes
