Did he hurt it again yesterday? It seemed to me that he just wasnt aggressive again. Certainly the lack of aggression could be related to the knee, but he wasnt really hunting his front headlocks again so maybe not all the knee. Also, why no brace if the knee is that bad?

Nah, Byrd is good but if he beats Mick, then that will be a colossal disappointment. Byrd isnt the same offensive threat that RBY and Desanto are. I expect it to be a grinder match and that favors Mick

Certainly possible but Louie Hayes beating Byrd 5-2 is a pretty significant tell, IMO.

Depends on the knee injury. I have had a partially torn ACL for 10 years now and I can still play sports comfortably with a brace. Not all are created equally. Im guessing that Cole has a torn meniscus or similar
