OT: Question of the day...

Sullivan was within reach of the conference championship and made the playoffs. I don't quite understand the question.
pens pull the trigger quickly on coaches. Disco Dan won a cup and was fired only a few years later, therian took a young team to the cup and was fired next year..

I would def bet Sullivan is fired first. Not saying it's deserved but the way coaching tenures are in nhl vs nfl, smart money is on Sully. Plus, throw in the steelers propensity to keep coaches, the rooney rule factor and well Tomlin could lose every game for the next decade and he still isn't getting fired..

I’m thinking Rick Tocchett is going to come back from Arizona. He’s done a hell of a job out there. That’s not because he’s a former Penguin either. Randy Carlysle is available too and that’d just be awful.

Just chatted with Kingurski after his podcast, which I missed. I've been on a tear about Sullivan and others and told him so. He was super nice about it but pretty much told me I was an idiot. Even worse, he made an excellent case for it. Sullivan is coming back. There may be other issues within the locker room that we aren't aware of. Some things we attribute to him might lie at the feet of some others. He says he covered it in his podcast. He knows his stuff imo. Real nice about chatting with folks too.

Finishing 28 points behind the conference champ is “within reach”? Stick with trolling Pitt. You know nothing about sports.
