OK...... I'm having a hard time understanding why the NCAA would want discovery about PSU/Sandusky in the early 2000's (and earlier) supressed.
The NCAA was queued up to fight this lawsuit. It was the Paterno's who could not meet the deadline for discovery to support their lawsuit. So, again, help me here.

There's a theory on the buckeye board I frequent that half the BWI posters are really just opposing fans unaware that they're trolling each other.
