This took me quite a long time and plenty of tinkering. This was really tough. One can make dozens of good cases of how my list should be changed.
I also used a fair amount of Pomroy and Torvik without preseason bias. But even those didn't help much. For example, undefeated Oklahoma doesn't rank very high on either. That's why I left them below Pitt.
I cheated at the end and called UNC and UConn a tie for the last spot. I believe they are both Top 25 teams. Probably Top 10. But at the moment, both likely don't deserve being in there. But I don't have a problem at all if they are left out.
