Good luck, gentlemen. Hope the current coaches leverage this for recruiting. H2P!

Brown is a lock. Fralic had to hang em' up too quick. Its a shame because he was dynamic for the Falcons and would've been a lock as well had he played a few more seasons.

Goldberg was robbed.

Yeah I would think so.

Unfortunately it is really difficult for offensive linemen to get in.

Alan Faneca, six time first team all Pro, somehow not good enough to get in on his first two tries (maybe this will be his year). Brown, a four time second team all Pro is going to wait longer than Faneca. Probably a lot longer.

So I read Marty Shottenheimer as well...so 3 Pitt potentials! Of course the PG only mentioned Fralic & listed Shottenheimer as local but not with Pitt...then failed to mention RB. Our Media SUX!

Both deserve entry!
Just at a wedding with Joe Klecko on Saturday (yes, last Pitt/PSU Saturday, long story) and he is definitely a guy deserving and has been waiting for decades..Ken Stabler just got in. Two guys with more time and cred and popularity than Fralic. Lots and lots and lots of guys with Fralic numbers and time are not and will never get in. I think he has no shot.

Remember folks, it is not the Hall of Very Good. Fralic was awesome, THE dominant OL in college. In the NFL he was a very good OL, a handful of them each year. He has no chance.

Fralic was the best OL in the NFL for a couple of years. He is kinda like PSU's Curt Warner. They were both better than most of the guys in the Hall but they didn't sustain it long enough.

Klecko and Gastineau were obscenely good for 3-4 years together. Klecko should probably have been in years ago but played on bad teams and a no-glory position. When Mr. Sack dance showed up, he was over-shadowed a bit. Good call. Joe Klecko might be the most underrated player out there right now.

Klecko is the only defensive lineman in NFL history to make All-Pro at three different positions: end, tackle and nose tackle.

Neither has a shot despite it being the Hall of Good nowadays.

Fralic was pretty mediocre by 1989. Some eye-raising stuff on Fralic in the Favre book, Gunslinger. Bill got exactly what he deserved playing on losing Falcons teams. Incredible as a veteran how obsessed he was with hazing the rookies and taking it to extremes. I know hazing was big back in the day, but during the regular season on flights home Fralic was smacking rookies in the face when they were sleeping and ordering them to stand in the aisle and do whatever it was that rookies did. Pretty weak IMO and that wasn't the worst of it.

Fralic was on the NFL all decade team, first team. Was lineman of the year in the NFL in 84 and 4 straight pro bowls, 3 as first team.

Warner wasnt even honorable mention on the all decade team, 3 time pro bowler, once as first team

Fralic doesnt have Brown numbers, but he is better than a Warner in the pros.
