With Wahab he could change his mind again before he signs, lol. But my post last night seems accurate (so far) from that Gtown insider that said its unlikely he says Gtown and that they are not in the lead, but the Gtown guy did not say who was leading last night. My respect for Corey Evans also goes way down if he says Pitt since Evans cbd gtown today before Slater said Pitt. If you dont know, dont guess. I dont like changing predictions 10 minutes before a verbal.
Slater has Wahab and Christian Brown to Pitt. He's right 80% of the time but he missed on Anthony Lawrence (had him to Pitt then switched him to Miami).
I wonder if last night was a message to Wahab. Like Capel told him to watch the game to prove he will never come off the floor here because our bigs cant even get PT on a team with no bigs.

Well if he’s as good as he’s supposed to be then I don’t think he needed to hear that from anyone. I get your point but it’s always been obvious. But last night really emphasized it.
He has said playing time is all that matters and he isn’t worried about location. Saw it on Twitter after all the drama this week. If he can play he’ll have all the PT he wants as you said.

Jakes great. But he retracted his tweet about Pitt and Georgetown. So only Vader and Doke get full credit. Vader gets the most, called it a coinflip a month ago with Pitt drawing even. Vader never retracted, never edited his post, never changed a prediction, never flip flopped like other insiders do. Everyone said gtown except with big 3, Vader, Chris, and jake. I see a lot of vader hate coming if wahab says pitt is it. Same usual suspects showing up again here... I'll just smile if he chooses pitt and celebrate
I have no hatred for Vader. I just am far from convinced he knows anything. But this has all been amusing one way or another.
Regardless hopefully we’ll all be celebrating around 4. But I’ll manage to contain myself until then.
Thanks,but I didnt predict anything, lol. That gtown post I read last night, I even said its a fwiw post. He might choose gtown for all I know. But Slater is big time. Je nailed all our recruits last year first by far. He has real connecrions to Pitt. Slater being wrong would be very surprising.

Yea. This is like Tyrese Samuel. Every expert flips their prediction 20 minutes before he commits to Seton Hall. One thing confirmed. It was Gtown or Pitt for Wahab unless he pulls the ultimate rabbit out of the hat and changes his mind again for the 100th time. Looks like gtown now again. I dont know if these experts are flipping predictions on purpose for attention or not. But I'm not paying 1 cent a month for flip floppers whatever their intention. It was pathetic with Samuel and its happening here again right before he commits. Bushleague
Tyrese Samuel, every expert said Pitt. All of them. Signing day comes. All of them flip to Seton Hall in the last hour before he announces. Evans flipped from Pitt to Georgetown to Seton Hall all in 1 day. It was the worst coverage on a recruit I have probably ever seen.

Anybody that spends even a penny on these recruiting sites to get some guy’s prediction on where they think a recruit might go is a complete fool. Heck - just send me your money and I will take a guess.
I think it's funny that people pay money just to be disappointed most of the time. In fact, I'd rather pay people to refrain from making predictions. It would keep me from wasting my time reading this stuff.
I’ve been out of the loop on recruiting news for a while as I tended to a family health issue, but this one is definitely a disappointing miss if it goes the way it’s trending. Walker and Wahab were two guys who were realistic gets for us that would’ve been just what the doctor ordered, so to most likely come out of it 0-2 is disheartening.
The one thing I hope we remember is that not every recruiting decision is the result of some backroom deal. These are kids and kids change their minds fairly often, so let’s not make fools of ourselves screaming about cheating or money changing hands. Recruits, their families, coaches, friends, etc. all pay attention to what is said online, so it’s better just to keep any reactionary anger to yourself.

It makes no sense. They are going to have 4 centers on their roster next year.
He will be the highest rated of this years bunch though and Ewing will help his development. He also won't have to get put on a poster by the Zions of the world next year. It is his birthday today and wherever he goes good for him. He has earned it and life goes on. Next up - Brown, Twins, Dickinson, transfers. Capel will fill out this roster.
I posted that theory in another thread this morning. Don't go giving SMF the credit. He stole my theory.
