It does seem like a hefty price. He’s the best CB prospect since Charles Woodson though. Hefty, but I think it’s worth it.
I knew the Raiders would do that. Only surprise is that they didn't trade up even higher to do it!
Maybe Harmon or Will Johnson.
I think a more well-rounded receiver to pair with Metcalf and trading Pickens is also on the table.
I could live with that. I would literally rather forfeit the pick than take Sanders.

ESPN had him the 15th ranked player in the draft. The dude at the Athletic had him 16th overall.

They talked about it in the PC. They stayed put because they got the player they wanted and I'd guess Harmon was probably the top DL on their draft board. Perfect fit for this defense.
There was no way the Steelers were not gonna horde 15 picks next season and trade up and get a QB in the top 5 at home next draft.

Just hoarding picks isn’t enough. Look no further that what Jacksonville just gave up to move up 3 spots. And it wasn’t even for a QB. Hunter’s a freak, don’t get me wrong, but if there’s a QB that’s a super premium.
I don’t follow as closely as I once did but his ceiling includes versatility. Projected to be able to play anywhere along the line if I recall correctly.
