Update on the three amigos

His name is Greg Bucceroni' and was tied to Ed Savitz of Philadelphia. Bucceroniwas interviewed by theFederal Postal Service & the office of Inspector General (OIG) special agents internal crimes and fraud against the Postal Service. I am not going to get into Uncle Eddie's background because I am having a coffee & doughnut.

Oh, I know who he is and please don't ruin your breakfast over that. Just....no.

I made the mistake of clicking the wiki page. I had no idea who he was...now I wish that I still did not.

If you look at the names of the people that emerged out of the Philly DA's office over the years, you'll find a laundry list of political corruption that made it's way to the highest offices in Harrisburg and, at least peripherally, State College (BoT and TSM). Even BWI will agree with that statement. From Savitz to "Porngate". And that's just recent history. Also explains why they're handing out checks left and right and dragging their feet with "The Three Amigos".

I can't recall where I read it but I'm pretty sure the prosecutors just filed more charges or motions so expect another round of delays.

May the 3 Amigos all burn in hell, right next to Paterno and Sandusky. May the Devil crank up the heat to the highest temperatures possible when they do.

May PITT sweep the current (and last ever) 4 game series so that all Nitters can go to their graves having had a tortured existence because of that. Just like Paterno going to his grave knowing he lost his last game against PITT.

If there IS anything worse than molesting a child, it would be someone who knew of children being molested and keeping it quite for greed!

Success w/ honor......I know not!

They Are!

The NCAA will be watching closely. Again what I am hearing is that there is a very strong likelihood that sanctions are brought forward again after the criminal trial concludes. Also, the present coach and staff will be brought up on LOIC items that have yet to be disclosed. This is stuff those in the know are aware of on this board Expecting.

I see UPS getting resanctioned, all 2016 vicotoroes being removed and a new staff made to
Come into place. Just watch

OK,

Mark Emmert and Ed Ray are being personally sued by the Paterno family with the case just moving along in the court system.

I can't imagine that they, especially Emmert, are just waiting to put their hand back into the lion's mouth the whole way down to the elbow!

Have you not followed any of the court proceedings on this?

You know - court, where both sides get to present witnesses and get to cross examine the other side's witnesses, as opposed to Louis Freeh running his mouth with no facts for 8.5 million dollars to cover the ass of the PSU BOT.

The last time Emmert was threatened with court, facing the possibility of being sworn in and actually testifying, he turned into a fetal baby, folded like a cheap suit, and gave back all of the wins, the 60M fine, and waived all of the sanctions.

The last thing in the whole ****ing world Mark Emmert wants is any part of a fight with PSU as he now knows that the Freeh report is a colossal piece of shit.

Oh, yes, that "colossal piece of shit" Freeh report that Penn State's own Board of Trustees accepted and agreed with. I am sure you are familiar with the Board of Trustees -- the people who actually run the university, not the dead football coach who spent 50 years grifting brainless rubes into believing a phony image.

If the Freeh Report was such a "colossal piece of shit," why has your own university moved to become compliant and leave the dark days of Paterno's complete lack of oversight on the trash heap of history?

Classic.

And we should add the historic $2.4M fine for violating the Clery Act for well......forever. But yeah, nothing to see here - move along.

Not my intention to insert politics here, but it's kinda like Trump paying a $25 Million fine for "Trump U". Innocent people don't willingly pay $25 Million fines - not even for the sake of "putting it behind him".

I was watching some of the PIAA State Wrestling matches on PCN & noticed on the ticker tape below that they would be interviewing someone who wrote a book coming out about the St Penn Scandal. Sorry as I have gone brain dead as too who wrote the book or what it is called(my bad) but it will be tomorrow(Sunday) at 10 PM.
I know I will have to remind myself to tune in but it should be interesting w/ the trial back in the news & all.

H2 PITT !!!

I'm waiting for the ESPN "30 for 30" program that's certain to come. I suspect that they're still waiting for the 3 Stooges to have their trial before they do it.

Like it or not, the Freeh report was correct to a 95% degree of certainty. Call it what you like because your opinion is no better than the drunk at the bar.
Anyone with standing wanting to challenge the report can sue them...in court...you've heard of court haven't you?
Oh yeah, you gave a tutorial.
News flash...suing Freeh or the NCAA is known as leading with your chin.
Because in court, the truth matters. So let's depose all the janitors and administrative assistants.
Let's get old Sue under oath. If she has her wits about her.
You have a big mouth because you can. No one in their right mind wants to put people under oath because you can say what you want so long as you aren't under oath.. Under oath that little thing called perjury has a nasty habit of getting in the way.
Ask yourself what happened to the PSU dispute with the the insurance companies. Wonder why that went away....
I'll presume you're just another fool in blue and white. The good news is you're not alone.
The better news for PSU is that you will never be in a decision making position. At least, not any organization that wants to survive.

Thanks for posting on this subject as you just reminded me to tune into PCN at 10pm for the interview. Really want to see what the temperature is in Harrisburg, Belfont & State College.

Really am waiting for this trial to start.
Is there a chance that the three will take the stand?
I am assuming that the three will toss paterno under the bus
like the piece of trash that he is.

Emmert isn't going to touch PSU. He might not be well liked but he's not stupid.

Freeh did you guys a favor by starting a little bonfire for everyone to focus on while the real scoundrels found cover. Your BOT was brilliant for hiring him. Someone was going to burn, so burn the guys on payroll and let the wealthy BOT members and their wealthy, Second Mile, alumni buddies skate. You know that.

Only reason Freeh is Satan is because Joe gave him the backstory to run with by "wishing he had done more" and they weren't going to dig Joe up to put him on the stand.

Schultz did too
This is such a pu**y move. All the money the Commonwealth has spent pursuing these men over the years was a terrible waste. Anyone who thought they would somehow be exonerated were insane. I wouldn't be surprised if some money wasn't exchanged from the PSU "community" for their silence. A trial would have been devastating for PSU PR's machine.

This was delay, delay, delay - maybe they'll die before it gets to trial? But once all legal maneuvers were exhausted, plead guilty. Pu**ies.

love it pitt girl, you crack me up..

Could they possibly be any more of an embarrassment? Oh right stupid me, they won the big ten last year! They're not a joke at all, we're just all jealous we didn't have a brilliant mind like Sandusky on our staff! Can't wait to hear all the nitters rationales about why they pled guilty.

A final few points. If you think the three from Penn State are going to roll on each other, you're sadly mistaken. They would have already done that. They've been offered 3 plea deals and turned them down. You simply don't roll during a trial, but before, so you don't go to trial. That's just common sense. As far as delays? Judge Hoover sat on motions for over 2 years. Let's not pretend like the judicial system in PA isn't corrupt.
Oh, uh, hotshoe, where are you hotshoe?
Seems a couple of your boys copped a plea.
Are you sadly mistaken? Do you feel run down? Tired? In need of energy?
I suggest you take a dose of common sense and a lobotomy.

5 years delaying for this gutless person to plea! Ped St has earned its name over and over again!

It is just one big cover up after cover up after cover up after cover up.........just ridiculous and disgusting.

All they had to do was turn him. There would have been little damage to ANYTHING, football or school, and hopefully the guy would have been stopped. It was such an easy thing to do, the right thing is usually hard, but this was easy. And they failed continuously to do the right thing. However, after each time they failed, THEN it became harder and harder and more self incriminating until it became what it became.

Such an easy thing to do, the right thing to do. It would've been the best thing for the university. Yet they didn't. It's like they planned out every detail, had it all laid out, thought they knew everything and how it would all work out. Except the 3 amigos forgot one large detail, they are 3 absolute retards. People keep defending their actions, yet every time they or anyone else in the university claims what those three did, I just wonder why and are they really that stupid? They literally threw away the chance to all be heroes and instead.... we'll I still don't know, basically just made complete asses of themselves.

Cue the music.

Remember when Jose Canseco first came out on steroids and basically implicated McGwire and the other stars of the game and was laughed off as some kind of nutcase. And pretty much everything Canseco ended up being proven as true?

Remember that Philly male prostitute or drug dealer made out some claims over a systematic child sex ring that included alot of powerful people that led back to Sandusky and the Second Mile? He also was dismissed as an agenda driven nut case.

You can't help to wonder the lack of real enthusiasm and want to put these guys on trial combined with the speedy Sandusky trial was all part of trying to put this to bed, then burying it all in some sort of sealed cask buried in the ground, with no ability to leak out.

I am talking about Gricar, all of it, Corbett, some congressmen, high ranking PSU officials and some donors, etc...

Man, there is a story there that is probably as complex and insidious as anything that the Catholic Church was responsible for, but unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) it is a story that alot of people don't want told. Like I said, Sandusky is frigging insane, but him "COMING CLEAN!" is perhaps the only way this would make it to the public eye. But Sandusky is nuts enough to think a) he is innocent and b) he will get a new trial. No doubt Sandusky was railroaded and poorly represented and was quickly tried and convicted. Also no doubt he was guilty, so considering these crimes, not many, even the most liberal of those defending civil rights care about this. Sandusky is Lee Harvey Oswald in many respects, yes he pulled the trigger but yes he was also "a patsy" and likely part of something much bigger than he may have known. Just to this point, there doesn't appear the need to have a Jack Ruby step in.
Great post. The Second Mile was a buffet for sickos involved. Talk about not want to open Pandora's box. There is a Pulitzer there for any reporter who wants to go in there but miraculously, none have dared. Whoever tipped off Sara Ganim cautioned her that there was nothing to see here regarding Corbett, the Second Mile, CYS or anyone but the football program.

ALL of this vs. 9-1-1. Mind boggling.

Yep, if Joe turns him form day one, he's a real life hero. Not just a happy valley hero but like Time magazine hero. The ultimate doing what you preach. Once he didn't, no turning back. Its a shame.

IF THIS ISN'T LACK OF TOTAL INSTUTIONAL CONTROL,nothing is!!
The AD, paterno, the head of security and the president of the university conspire to
cover up child RAPE to protect the image of the football program.
If the ncaa doesn't issue the death penalty no school should ever be punished for
giving players money or grades.

Finally the full truth has arrived on BWI with this Posting.....

Spanier about to get lit up in court in front of a jury.

No "Feds" investigating TSM or their BOD.

Freeh for all intents and purposes protected by a PA judge's ruling.

McQueary walks off with millions based on an ever changing story. \

Sadly, PA youth are no safer today than when Jerry was roaming the streets because real lessons on the failure of the system intended to protect then have not been learned.

(Not True)

The OGBOT comes out unscathed.
(Not True, Some PSU FansLie About Them)

The Alumni trustees elected to the BOT go silent... What happened to getting to the truth?

(CHECK BECAUSE EVIDENCE NOT ON THEIR NARRATIVE SIDE)

The Paterno family case marches on but what are they hoping to achieve? How long before they call it a day and move on?
(CHECK)

In light of this trail of history... As much as I hate to say this... maybe the OGBOT did exactly the right thing for the greater good of PSU, they broke off all ties with the past and moved forward with new leadership.
(CHECK)

PSU can always emphasize "Success with Honor" but there is now no conceivable way I can see Joe Paterno ever being honored or getting credit for it.

(CLERY ACT INVESTIGATION AND FINES CAN"T IGNORE PATERNO'S ROLE CONTRIBUTING TO NOT FOLLOWING THE COMPLIANCES AND LAWS) (ALSO, WOMEN PROTECTION, AND CHILD ADVOCACY GROUPS, AND PMA-PSU VICTIMS INSURANCE REVELATIONS GOING PUBLIC MAY IMPACT ON IT)

The only possible good that comes from where we are... After more than five years we may finally be able to close the book on this mess.

(CHECK)

Thanks Jerry Sandusky. I hope it was all worth it for you.

(CHECK BUT IT WAS SPANIER AND PSU THAT HONORED HIM INSTEAD OF TURNING JERRY IN AND HINDSIGHT SHOULD HAVE DONE MORE LIKE PATERNO CRIED ABOUT IN THEE ND)

What a tragedy!!
