Headline on pay board is a quote by the player (Ryan Murphy) that Pitt looks like "a really good fit."
Hopefully he signs. It would make the graduation of JWF, in particular, and N'Dir (assuming he won't be back) less concerning.

Watching highlights can be misleading, however in this case the film is long
enough to show what he can do. He clearly is not just a "stand still" shooter.
Reason being.... he shoots off the dribble, is able to create, and gets into the
lane. He also has great range; those weren't layups he's firing up.
What I see of him clearly makes him a good addition IMO. As we all
have been posting we need a Big, first and foremost, closely followed by
an outside shooter. This guy gives us the shooter we need, and unless X and
Trey develop an outside shot over the summer, we ain't got one among
the returnees. Drumgoole may be the answer, but he's a freshman, wheras
this guy has college experience. I hope Capel lands him.

Agree he is more than a stand still shooter. He makes jumpers running off screens and off the bounce. Kid has moves and excellent footwork. Yes looks to have deep range. Can get into the paint and set up others. Would be a nice fit.
Hopefully he and Drumgoole would share that role. Perhaps they can even be on the floor at the same time for a bit. Murphy at the 2 and Drumgoole at the 3 spot. JWF was pretty damn good down the stretch last year, it won't be easy to replace him with just one guy.
