I agree, but clearly the game plan coming in was to not let Boum go off. Which worked as far as that goes, but the rest of it, not so much.

But if we start shading the defense to make sure Kunkle doesn't get shots and we end up letting their best player get going, how is that going to help?

Well, letting the hot shooter rain threes down isn't much of a strategy.

Yeah. They’ve been cold for a while, lucked into our first two opponents. But it has been a great year, no complaints here.

At the very least these three games without Fede have gone a long way to getting the twins big time experience. They’ve come up pretty big.

It's over. It was a great season and these guys deserve a lot of credit for going this far. We're just completely outclassed and under-talented. It happens. I hope next year is a continuation of this year's success, only better.

He’s forcing a lot. You can’t deny that.

Those last couple layups were good takes he just didn’t convert. He had about 10 other head-down, one against 3 dribble drives that very much were not good takes.

He’s done it a bit more than he has but he’s also carried us at times this year doing that. He’s just been stone cold in the tourney

Xavier has gone cold the last 4-5 minutes the problem is Pitt is missing too many shots and they have missed 3 foul shots at the line as well the last 2 minutes with Sibande and Hinson.

i was hoping JB would have a breakout game but man he’s struggled. You’re not gonna win many games when your best player is playing as poorly as JB has. It’s a shame because he’s had a great year and is a great young man.
