Predictions for Clemson

Things have gotten a little bleak at the moment but they are still 7-2, which is great and have a shot to beat a top 20 team at home this weekend!

Unfortunately I don't think this weekend goes too well. It seems Eli won't play, so that leaves Yarnell to try to survive behind this really bad OL. I think the offense is really going to struggle, passing will be a struggle ans we won't be able to run the ball at all. I just think Clemson's DL will dominate this game. I could see Yarnell getting sacked 8ish times and throwing an INT or two.

I think our defense will fight for a while but eventually the dam will break and Clemson will start to move the ball somewhat easily.

I do think Pitt may keep it close for about a half, mainly because of the defense but then Clemson will pull away in the 2nd half.

OT: Coaching changes the hot seat.

You would think guys like Napier at Florida, Lincoln Riley at USC and even Mike Norvell at FSU would all be in jeopardy. But I was listening to College Sports on XM this afternoon and they are all likely to return. The #1 reason given is NIL. Now with all this money going towards NIL, the money for these buyouts just isn't there in many cases. You wonder how this will proceed, will this make these sometimes-gratuitous contract extensions for coaches become less extravagant, at least length wise??

Will be interesting to see how things proceed.

Plenty of Brawl tickets available

Looks to be 3000-4000 left by a quick look at the map. I got the email about buying discounted tickets as a Panther Club member but it seems like the cheapest discounted ticket is $43. I wonder what it is without the discount? I hope the new AD fixes these prices for next year. We are and forever will be a bubble program. We need to price our tickets accordingly. Cant price them like the Glory Days.

Video: Capel, Dunn and Diaz Graham on the win over WVU

Pitt coach Jeff Capel and players Damian Dunn and Guillermo Diaz Graham met the media after the Panthers beat West Virginia at the Petersen Events Center on Friday night. Here's video of what they said about the win and more.
