Game Thread! Clemson vs Pitt

I have to say that Pitt was horrible tonight
They have no offense at all. Are their players this.bad? I guess so. As of now they are so hard to watch. They were unbelievably terrible!! What player would want to play in that offense? What offense?

I blame the OL coach Borbely.

And people wonder how we could make room for Jeffress and Odukale. There's playing time available for anyone capable of coming in and taking it.

Hughley and Jeffress if they land him can’t get here soon enough. Both of those guys will change this program around I believe and make Pitt a top 25 team next season. X and Trey need to be better period. Both are still very selfish and stubborn and very immature. Having two guards like them that don’t like to pass and can’t shoot is a bad combination.

I think it’s now abundantly clear that Ryan Murphy is not an ACC player and will likely be nudged aside if we can get better players in here for 2020-21.

Forget the offense. That’s the least of their worries. They have a weak defense and poor rebounding. That’s why they lose these kinds of games.

He’ll likely be a grad transfer after this year when his dad is fired. Maybe we can get him back and Murph can go to UT Martin.

Parker is putting up some big points this season on a bad team.

In order to lure him back, maybe we can bring Stallings on as an assistant since we’re still paying him anyways. I’m not sold on our staff, to be honest, so not sure he’d be worse. Or perhaps he can be our sleep coordinator. Do we have a spot on the training staff? Our players would be much more well rested. Takes a lot of stamina to pass around the perimeter for 25 seconds 30 times a game.

They cannot make shots consistently and have no bigs. Need more talent at the 1,2 and 5

They've laid an egg after several nice wins this season. It's almost like they feel that they don't need to put in 100% effort each game?

Or PITT is alot worse than their's.
When we play bad which is every other game we can make any team look like a great game.
