I think the only issue will be if the other foot stepped down in front of the line first. If he was in the air, he was behind the line when he shot it it looked like. But I only saw it live and one replay angle, so I couldn't tell if the next stride the other foot hit the ground or not.

Of course if that foot had hit the ground before he shot the ball it would have been traveling. And one of the ugliest shot attempts ever.
