the last game I enjoyed this much was when Pitt beat N. Carolina in the ACC tournament.

so proud of those kids and coach Capel. those kids never, ever backed down. they never slowed it down to try to run out the clock, they attacked, and attacked and attacked !! offense and defense.

Had a feeling of dread much of the game, Louisville never gave up and they shot lights out.

had the feeling the Pitt freshman could not keep up playing as well as they were, they did.

the two best freshman guards in Pitt history. This can be a very good Pitt team, especially if Brown plays the way he did tonight consistently. The ACC is so strong this year, that a very good Pitt team may not win many games.

kind of concerning that Pitt plays that well and has to win in overtime, at home, against, theoretically, a lower level ACC team. I would not be surprised if Louisville is a lot better than the pre-season rankings.

Most fun I've had at the Pete since Dixon's last game there (win over Duke). The crowd was smallish but were lively and the Zoo was great. They mostly filled the Zoo sections and were into the game.

That game, the result, and just the style of play was very entertaining. I've never seen Pitt guards challenge the defense and get into the lane as much as X and Trey

Sagarin's computer had them at #31 going into last night. They probably are about a top 30 team, at least, IMHO. The ACC is so strong that will only be middle of the pack, however. I suspect their ceiling will be around 10-11 ACC wins.
