I saw that he wasn't giving up the ball after the 3rd kneel down, he's keeping that for the trophy case.
Being the guy that gets to kneel at the end of a winning super bowl is way better than never being close to that position. There are some guys with busts in the HOF that would have loved to be in that position.
if its an either/or (HOF career sans Super Bowl win vs kneel down as a bench warmer in Super Bowl) I think most guys take the HOF career...
I would think leading your college team to its first major bowl win in 40 years as opposed to bailing would be a bigger nugget in your personal satisfaction trophy case, but hey that's just me...

He helped them get there, played in several games and even got a win. No shame in taking that ring for Kenny. He's got a long career ahead of him.
More so than any play made by Watt, Heyward and company in a Super Bowl. How legendary of the defensive stars to push for a QB change, only to have them s**t the bed again in the playoffs.
Maybe but you hear guys talk about the game they never won and what they'd give to have that chance. I think it's sad that people who never played the game at a high level don't understand the trade-offs you'd make to have those opportunities. I think that's why some stay butt hurt about things like meaningless bowl games.
