It's kinda hard to win in the ACC when you're starting backcourt has ZERO points.
Artis is awful.

To me, "can't" means that they can defend, I don't know that they really work at it most of the time.
LOL. And just a few weeks ago some were arguing Jamel was as good (or better) than Sam. I don't remember Sam consistently disappearing like Jamel does.
What a $hit effort-just terrible. At times this team plays like a bunch of dogs. And Robinson, he's been just horrible....Artis just as bad. Another game where the 2 is invisible.
He shot 1 time, a really low bad 3 attempt and was never heard from again. Typical though with us.
Well, at the worst we split a 2 game road trip. I'll always take that. Gotta protect home court in the next two versus the Virginia schools.
That 1st half deserves a repeat of SMFs comment during the 1st half of the FSU game. Hopefully we can get a 2nd half turnaround like in the FSU game.
C'mon really? We have looked like this not just in 1 game but many games of late. We have a tough schedule upcoming and are playing like crap. This is very worrisome moving forward because honestly, even if this game was at the Pete it would be the same result. The team is completely disfunctional.
Young and Luther combined: 8-11 from the field, 3-3 on threes, 19 points.
Everyone else combined: 3-16 from the field, 0-5 on threes, 7 points.

Both of our PGs have been killing us. Seriously, terrible turnovers, working the ball slowly with no movement, neither PG is shooting well, and what the heck is with the crazy shots by Wilson.
Artis is playing sloppy with the ball, Smith hiding tonight and not shooting, Luther actually playing really well. But what the heck is wrong with this team. Slow starts at Louisville, FSU, and again against Clemson. Clemson is average at best, yet we are making them look like the top team in all of NCAA.
Every one of our players looks like they never learned how to dribble.

Why not try a zone in the 1st half ..... mix it up a little.
I try not to get too pessimistic but it's hard to argue with anything you said here.
Pitt is not strong inside. We went from a team with a ton of physicality inside to a team that is consistently overmatched. We went with athletic shooters like young and artis instead of the mcghee's and and Nasir's of the world.

Come on, JRob has it all over Artis on being awful this game. At least Artis made a couple nice buckets at the beginning of the game. JRob has done absolutely nothing positive and a good bit of negative so far.
