Like they still haven't noticed they have the score backwards?
Lowe is more important to retain that Bub. Not particularly close. Hes better
Can’t let this get to double digits early. They’re running Hinson off the line. Had a nice early set to get Lowe to the hoop. Need some defense
Second four minutes - we reduced their lead by 2, but the game should be tied right now; 3-pt shots are not even close and no offensive rebounds
Really crappy defense from Pitt so far. And we're getting outrebounded. We're not going to keep this close at all if we can't play better defense.
It's really inexplicable how Hinson is not good at the free throw line.
The matchups against Miami for us are not good. Miami could be well into the 40s by halftime. We'll be lucky if we get into the 30's.
3rd 4 minutes was clearly the Canes. We are flat-footed on D, and have not been able (except twice) to make anything on a drive to the basket. Not sure we could play much worse for the first 12 minutes
I can take the lost posters off the local telephone poles now. After having been missing for a week, the 2024 Pitt basketball team has been found safe and as mind-numbingly maddening as ever.
I think it's getting close. I may be doing some painting chores by the half.

4 wide open missed threes thus far without a man within about 10 feet. 2 from Austin, 1 from Lowe, 1 from Guillermo. Austin's barely hit the rim.
Almost every time Austin dribble penetrates, we have scored points. 3 times they put us on the line. Drive more, shoot less, especially from 3.
Too much 1 on 1 stuff from Carrington. Carrington needs way more catch and shoot shots and way less 1 on 1. He has not played well today on either end.

It’s simpler to say, the players they recruited are better than players we recruited.
Austin’s hustle plays seemed to have given us a spark. Probably need Blake to get on absolute fire to have have a chance.
Pretty even for the last 4 minutes but 14 pts down is still 14 pts down. We looked better but their 3's keep falling. Maybe that side of the court will favor us in the second half
Not the coach they hired is better than the coach we hired? 😉 😄
