Sometimes you just have to give a tip of the cap to your opponent. UNC is clearly the team that has more talent, despite that Pitt gave them a game to the end. They did a great job of taking Blake out of the game with suffocating defensive coverage. Our starting guards were terrific

You can add Austin and still not match Bacot. Shame on Capel if he doesn't address that again this off season.

Really fun team. Played hard to the end against a great team on a night our leader and top player didn't have his best stuff. Heartbreaking, for sure. I'm glad we get to watch them again even if it's not in the tourney we wanted.

Our top player is Carrington.

That's a matter of opinion. Obviously, Carrington is very good. I think Jaland is our best player and Blake is our go-to top scorer who wasn't so go-to last night.

I’m a big Jaland guy , but Bub can take over a game . Both are truly wonderful players with the best yet to come if they stay focused . Being who their fathers are I don’t see that as an issue .

Blake is the man , but they’re players and schemes that can neutralize him .
