Difference though between scrambling/moving around in the pocket vs runningI’ll disagree in that unless you’re a Tom Brady type talented QB you absolutely have to have some running ability, especially in the red zone. If a QB with Pickett’s skill set can’t run he’s not going to be a starter in this league.
We will have to agree to disagree, I just don’t see Pickett as an NFL starter unless he’s a threat to run. Trubisky has some of the same issues, if he hadnt been a threat to run he might be out of the league entirely by now.Difference though between scrambling/moving around in the pocket vs running
The winning record thing will make that impossible.Tomlin's head must roll ....
He didn’t even need to touch him that second timeNot sure what Porter was complaining about. Maybe because they only threw 1 flag when he committed 2 penalties lol
umm no they have to throw now period. theres no time to be running the ball 70% of the snapsLots of time left. Don’t panic. Stay with the run. Don’t let the turnover machine Mitch get started.
There is a difference between being emotional and speaking like a rational adult male. You are the former, I make an effort to perform the latter. See, you continue to lash out like a lady.Stop being so emotional!
Couldn’t agree with your 2nd paragraph more. Porter’s got a lot of company there, so many DBs just can’t keep themselves from clutching and grabbing, often when there’s no need to do so.Cardinals offensive line gets a push from the 1. Steelers offensive line gets pushed backwards. Pretty simple.
Also. Porter is a decent defensive back, but like most of them he can’t help himself when it comes to grabbing a receiver. That play has no chance and he still couldn’t just let the receiver go. Pitt DBs do the same thing too.

Only reason why there’s a lot of time left is because of the weather delay. Otherwise, this offense needs more time than what’s available to score 2 TDs. Factor in that it would also require the defense to keep the Cards off the board and it’s bleak.Lots of time left. Don’t panic. Stay with the run. Don’t let the turnover machine Mitch get started.
You've been chattering in this thread like a little monkey. There is a difference between being emotional and speaking like a rational adult male. You are the former, I make an effort to perform the latter. See, you continue to lash out like a lady.
i was wrong, it's at about 63% run if you don't count called pass plays that ended up "runs"We’ll agree to disagree.
BTW- where did you come up with 70%?
Still disagree.i was wrong, it's at about 63% run if you don't count called pass plays that ended up "runs"
Unparalleled streak of mediocrity is impressive isn’t it ?Teflon Tom will eke out 2 more wins as usual. We will have to listen to people tell us how he’s a top 5 coach and never had a losing season. Yawn
