I won't argue that Jamie is the better coach , but these players and the entire roster which might have included one so so grad transfer isn't good enough to compete in the ACC . Why you can't see this is just baffling . The fact that you can't admit that Pitt has struggled for the last three seasons in the ACC is also baffling . Open your eyes look at the product on the court look at the empty seats in the Pete ,ask yourself why are those seats empty .
See things as they are not what you want , this is the worst roster Pitt has had in a very long time with absolutely no potential waiting in the wings . Next yr is going to worse because there's no talent on the bench all JDs men .
My only question to you is how are related to Jamie ?

Struggled in the acc? They had a record over .500? That isn't struggling. If you want to call it mediocre or mid pack, fine, but saying they struggled is a flat out lie.

Also stating that you know for a fact that Dixon wouldn't have this team at say 4-4 is also prepostorous. I don't know either way, but Jamie had a long track record. He finished under .500 in conference twice.

5 years ago and 2 years ago? I've already said that Dixon hasn't been as good the last 5 years, so I really fail to see how your question is relevant.

Furthermore, if you want to agree with the guy that a 28-26 ACC record is "struggling" be my guest..however, it would be a rather foolish position to attach yourself to.

Hell I think Jamie would've had this group undefeated going into tonight's game and in the top 10 . He couldn't coach these guys up last yr with a point guard and some bench .
Eliminate his first yr in the ACC he has a losing record , if he was here this yr he'd have a losing record including his first yr .
This is Jamie's mess and unfortunately Stallings has made it worse .
