uh, because the number 2 seed was slated to play in the Sugar Bowl 6 months ago, maybe? Why didn't they give UGa a quasi-home game in Atlanta as the 2 seed?

Both teams are better than PSUNot sure who to root for. Would it be harder for PSU to beat a run-of-the mill ND team or a much more talented UGa team but who doesn't have a QB? Will UGa be able to score enough against the roided up Pedo D?
Who’s everyone rooting for? I’m guessing UGA because there’s almost as many ND haters as PSU haters herein.
But I’m going to root for the Domers, would love to see the SEC get shut out of the final 4…….as I was just finishing typing this, I just realized Texas is in the SEC, still thinking of them as a Big 12 team.

UGA isn’t hurting at QB … Beck ain’t in the same neighborhood as their last few QBs
There are way too many people along the sideline.#39 should head off to the transfer portal immediately
I am not sure ND is better than PSU. I think PSU is a slight favorite. UGa is much better with Beck but without him, they won't be able to score much so they'll have to win 20-17.
ND just doesn’t have the kind of personnel that most of these big dogs do, including PSU. They don’t and they haven’t in decades. They won’t get past UGA in this all-defense struggle. Neither team has much of an offense.I am not sure ND is better than PSU. I think PSU is a slight favorite. Notre Dame has the ninth most players currently on NFL rosters. I think people vastly under rate ND's talent. They have a top 5 to top 15 recruiting class every year. They are one of the best 7 or 8 programs the last 10 years. They were highly overrated for a while but are now rated appropriately.ND just doesn’t have the kind of personnel that most of these big dogs do, including PSU. Hopefully UGA can manhandle PSU.
Bro you really are a dipshit poster. My god, I’m just a visitor here and I see why most laugh at your posts 🤣Not sure who to root for. That’s an overly simplistic way to look at it. They always have a few elite individual talents on their roster. In this last 20 years or so, they NEVER have an overall roster comparable to the SEC heavies or OSUs, Michigans, etc., and they have not had one single legit NFL caliber QB. They have had a series of game managers without much talent. Ian Boom was about as good a playmaker as they’ve had at QB and that should tell you everything.Notre Dame has the ninth most players currently on NFL rosters. that was a worse first 10 seconds. uga doing their oregon imitation. That was a bad last minute of regulation for Georgia
They have 57 4* players on in their team. They have top 15 recruiting classes every year and many years are top 10 or even top 5. They are probably the 6th or 7th most talented roster top to bottom in college football every year. Are they Georgia, OSU, or Alabama...no, but they are in the same tier as Penn State, Clemson, and Michigan. They are far from devoid of talent. That’s an overly simplistic way to look at it. It’s most noticeable along both lines of scrimmage.
I want ND to win it just because they're not in a conference. That messes up the B1G and SEC plan to rule the world.IT JUST MEANS MORE!!!! SEC! SEC! SEC!
If Pitt was the 2 seed, the earth would have stood still.I dont think that's true. You are telling me that if Pitt was the #2 seed, they would be sent to the Sugar Bowl and then #3 seed UGa would be sent to the Fiesta Bowl?

The teams are sent to the bowls that the conferences have a relationship with. Oregon played in the Rose Bowl because the Big Ten has a relationship with the Rose Bowl. Georgia got put in New Orleans because the SEC has a relationship with the Sugar Bowl. If Pitt were the two seed this year I would imagine Pitt would have gotten sent to Atlanta. If it were next year with the way the games are scheduled for next year, Pitt would go to the Miami because the ACC has a relationship with the Orange Bowl.
