Capel is signed till 2027. He is not going anywhere. Heather has yet to even speak to Jeff about any worries or issues. Ur at least two years away from that and Sean will be hooked on with another team by then.

I know nothing about hiring a basketball coach , but it seems Capel tried to copy what Pitt had , and never truly ever had his own identity as coach here.

In hindsight, Brandin probably would have been a decent hire. He knew what it took to be a winner at Pitt.

I have been hearing the criticism of Cappies assistants for the last few years but was willing to give him and them the benefit of the doubt having never seen a practice but watching Femi shoot free throws tonight from 2 feet past the charity stripe causes me to think peeps on here have been correct about their lack of coaching acumen. Shooting free throws like that is nothing but a gimmick that shows that nobody on that staff knows anything about coaching shooting. Shame on the head coach for allowing that.

Well I will say that Jason assumes everyone that he recruits loves him and is coming to Pitt. We would be a top 5 team if everyone Jason thought was coming to Pitt would have came.
