Steelers needed 2 of 3 of this last stretch of Jacksonville, Tennessee and Green Bay. Mission complete.
Yeah. I found myself wanting them to lose at the end. No reason for this team to be so freakin conservative on offense. It’s like they think Pickett has the arm strength of duck Hodges so they don’t allow downfield passing.
This offense is not evolving. Well the passing game part. And watching this team is exhausting.

He can be called for holding on literally every play. If the refs allow him to do so- it's tough to get open but make no mistake about it - he's holding on every play. Then he isn't interested in tackling anything.
It's funny that people think he's a high level anything at this point.
If he never gets called for it, and he has pretty much never gotten called for it, then it's not a penalty.
I guess you are another one of those guys who would prefer that he not touch the receiver and allow him to catch a pass rather than put his hands on the receive, not get called for a penalty, and have the pass be incomplete.

The Steelers aren’t built to be a Super Bowl contender… no shit… I think most should have realized that before the season started… I also haven’t seen anything unusual in Picketts development considering all the other issues with this team.

Today was literally the first time all season that he was called for pass interference. He has also been called for holding exactly once this season. And for illegal use of hands once.
So nine games, three total penalties of the sort we are talking about. Seems like that's a little less than "it's called every week". Maybe you meant every month?

I don't have the exact number for today, but he's played somewhere around 330 snaps this season on defense and been called for holding exactly one time.
The only person in the whole world who thinks that that is a really high percentage is you.
That’s fair. I’m not saying they’re winning anything, but they should at least make the postseason. The offense has eight weeks to figure it out because the defense can give them a chance to upset someone in that 3-4 seed range.
