Many places. but not all
ESPN not only sticks to its story, the story remains featured in college basketball articles.
We all heard Miller call it defamation, but if so, then his lawyers could have run to court seeking a cease and desist order.
But they haven't.
Miller could also have sued.
But he hasn't.
ESPN could have pulled its story.
But it hasn't.
Money talks.
BS walks.
Ryan Braun got away with his little charade for a long time.
Common Sean....someones lying.Either you are lying or ESPN is lying....and if ESPN is lying, they're still at it.
Haven't heard from you yet Sean.....could it be you're cutting a deal with the Feds?
Or are you signing the verification to your defamation lawsuit? Be careful....it's one thing to lie into a microphone. It's perjury to lie under oath.
I'm not saying Sean is lying, but his actions don't reflect his recent rhetoric.

Sports illustrated had a piece by their legal guy who said it is almost impossible for miller to win a lawsuit even if he knows he is completely innocent.

Taking the other approach why would he sue if he knew maybe his assistant coaches actions could open him up to possible issues.

I will try to find the si piece and link

Coaches will never do that because they open themselves up to the discovery process. If there is a record of an ice cream cone being purchased for a recruit, they will find it. And you're fighting the media.

I have no clue who is right, but Miller will never file suit and ESPN knows it.

Pitt fans gotta hope he is cleared from all of the stuff he is getting accused of by the media.

Seems if he is he will be our next coach. Just concerned how he will recruit at Pitt without his assistant coach who brought in a ton of talent for him. Plus, can he bring those types to Pitt like he did at Arizona

Do you really think Pitt would hire him now?
