All the talk on the board ahead of picks puts a big wet blanket over the draft. Talk all you want after a pick, but bringing up names that haven’t been picket yet ruins the whole point of this.
The one year Porter played PG the entire year he set the single season Pitt assist record.
I was actually kind of pissed when you posted that post... lol

Totally agree. What the **** people. All the talk on the board ahead of picks puts a big wet blanket over the draft. Talk all you want after a pick, but bringing up names that haven’t been picket yet ruins the whole point of this.
I was going to go with Aiken before I saw Joe's post. I was pissed when I saw it. There's always a few who ruin things without even knowing it or trying.Excellent point.

That’s what the other thread is forTotally agree. What the **** people.
I totally agree, he was a good playerSurprised no one took Darelle Porter yet. He was a better all around player than Tray, J Rob and X. Could play the 1, 2 or 3. Was a better defender than the 3 guys I listed.
I’ll take either of his last 2 seasons. PPL forget what a good passer he was as he holds the singles season assist record at Pitt and is 4th all time in assists. Also is one of 3 Panthers to ever have a triple double.
Was a great Athlete who had a shot at the NBA if not for knee issues. His follow up dunk against G Town was just as good or maybe even better than Pages.
IMO really underrated and was a more complete player than Tray, J Rob or X.
Haha, he wasn’t getting to you. I had DAP marked down and then was pissed as hell when he was mentioned as going under the radar! LolAndre Aldridge is my pick.
I had Darelle Porter pegged and thought he was going under the radar until the alarms were sounded off on him.
@iMissTheOldDayss is on the clock
Ummm.....I am just going to go ahead and pick mine. I am busy in a few moments and may not be able to wait. Plus I was screwed with the 13th pick anyways
That was one guy I was looking at pickingWith the 46th pick in the draft my team needs a pg so my pick will be
Ronald Ramon
Same. Ended up going with Lett, but I had to take the night to think it over. That was one guy I was looking at picking
That’s a good pick.I was torn......but when I go back and look at "STATS", his matches up with alot of the top choices and honestly....even though I need guards, I can't believe this guy is still on the board.
With the 45th pick in the draft I select, Chris McNeal PF.

Nasir is a PF, not a SF.Nasir Robinson
PG: Levance Fields
SG:. Julius Page
SF: Nasir Robinson

I realize he played PF too, but he also spent time at the 3 when neededNasir is a PF, not a SF.
It was my understanding that we needed to go by what they were listed on the board as well.Nasir is a PF, not a SF.
Good one. This would have been a better pick at 13 than Cam. Also a better pick now than many of the last 20 picks. I picked a PF with my first pick, so no need to draft him.I was torn......but when I go back and look at "STATS", his matches up with alot of the top choices and honestly....even though I need guards, I can't believe this guy is still on the board.

That is correct. It was my understanding that we needed to go by what they were listed on the board as well.
He is only a PF for this exercise. You can only put them at the positions given on the list provided.I realize he played PF too, but he also spent time at the 3 when needed

Why would that be ? It’s your team , why couldn’t you can play them at the position you think that they would be best at .Especially considering the limited rosters .It was my understanding that we needed to go by what they were listed on the board as well.
Because those were the rules and positions that were listed. There are lots of guys who you could say could play a certain position, but didn’t at Pitt. You cannot just turn someone like DeJuan Blair into a SF because you “think” he could play the position. Why would that be ? He’d make a bad 3!Because those were the rules and positions that were listed. There are lots of guys who you could say could play a certain position, but didn’t at Pitt. You cannot just turn someone like DeJuan Blair into a SF because you “think” he could play the position.
He was always a PF for us and it worked out fine! He's an awfully small PF.
