Pat Tomlin with another wasted timeout on defense. What is it with the Pittsburgh football coaches and there absolutely putrid clock management??? I guess we know what the standard is...
I'm guessing him and the Browns DB continued their hand fighting well after the play was over, all the way to the wall.
So, moving forward, a QB should just throw it at his offensive lineman. As long as he touches it before it hits the ground it wont be intentional grounding.

The standard is to shit themselves every year in Cleveland. Even worse, they are just stupid. Tomlin is just so bad at managing situations. They should have carried chubb into the endzone on 1st down and that unbelievable moron wasted one of the 2 timeouts left on defense on a 3rd down play. Russ could have pulled it off with a minute and a half and 2 timeouts.

I couldn't believe they were still trying their darndest to tackle Chubb at the 1.
Steelers had more yardage, won the turnover battle 3-1, had fewer penalties, won time of possession, and Tomlin still found a way to lose to a 2-8 team. That’s impressive.

It never should have come down to that. F’ Around and Find Out. The Browns even tried handing them the game at the end and all they had to do was pick up a 1st down. Brilliant idea to have Fields throw a long ball to Pickens. Stupidity on so many levels throughout the game.
3rd and 7 or 4th and 2, the real travesty was not sending the house. They had been getting great pressure on Jameis and forcing him to make mistakes. And they call off the dogs on the biggest defensive play of the game. Stupid

With that Tomlin defense, all that 12 yard punt did was allow a quicker TD and time on the clock for the Steelers to try and win it.
