When will the Bucs option Mitch Keller?

Pirates dont care about winning , they will get rid of him before his next contract is due not before and he will pitch until then for a losing franchise and owner
Yeah l, kinda like they let Tyler Glasgow figure it out. Oh wait, that didn’t happen til he was in Tampa!
This season is not about winning. It is about finding who can play. getting rid of a guy with Keller's talent would be criminal. Give him all the starts you can and see what you got. He has had a few very good games this year along with the terrible ones.

Glasgow was mismanaged by the old regime and he wasn't let go in his first year.
Well of course he was mis-managed. And I’m not advocating they dump Keller, just light-heartedly noting that it didn’t work out at all sending Glasgow out to eventually figure it out. But then he pretty quickly figured it out once in Tampa, reinforcing the mid-management claim. You could pretty much say the same about Morton.
But in any case, for all intents and purposes, wasn’t it pretty much just 1 year of lengthy major league experience before Glasgow was dumped. Anything else prior was just very brief call-ups?
